2️⃣ Select Your Background – Browse our 10 background templates [link to template page] or send your own. Include your choice in your email.

3️⃣ Send Your Photo – After placing your order, email your high-quality image to info@hooksandtides.com with your order number and background preference in the subject line.

4️⃣ Preview & Confirmation – We’ll create your custom print and send you a preview for approval before printing.

5️⃣ Final Approval – Check Carefully! – Once you confirm that you're happy with the design, we’ll proceed with printing. Please double-check all details, as no changes can be made after approval.

🚫 No Refunds Policy – Because each order is custom-made, refunds are not available once the design is approved.

Bamboo is a natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly white paper made from 90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton, resulting in warm-tones without optical brighteners.

The paper is acid and Lignin-free, which meets the requirements of an age resistant paper and is printed on pre-cut sheets using an inkjet, 12 colour Giclée print process, providing in-depth reproduction of colours and fine details.

For shipping, it is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packaged in a hardback paper envelope. All of the packaging used is plastic free, too!
